

After completing my hotel and catering studies, which I did at both Almería Catering College and the Taberna del Alabardero in Seville, and having gained some experience working in highly renowned Spanish restaurants such as Restaurante Echaurren, Casa Gerardo, Tubal and La Costa, among others, at just 21 years of age I decided to embark on my own project, although I did have the unconditional help of my father, who is also my greatest critic.
